Shipping Policy

Curious Circuit ships engineering, STEM, electronics, and maker products to customers in Canada.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Canada shipping rates

Standard shipping is $6.99 CAD. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on product origin, carrier availability, destination, customs, weather, and other conditions outside our control.

Multiple packages

Products may ship directly from different fulfillment partners. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times at no additional shipping charge.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking can take several business days to update after dispatch.

Address changes

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, and reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customers responsibility.

Delays, customs, and import charges

International fulfillment can occasionally be delayed by customs or carrier disruptions. Unless checkout states otherwise, any import duties, brokerage fees, or government charges assessed at delivery are the customers responsibility.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, first check with household members, neighbours, and the carrier. For a damaged shipment or a package that appears lost in transit, contact airwayslatam@gmail.com promptly with the order number and supporting photos when applicable.
